Adding Y-axis 4+4: Increase the processing capacity and flexibility of lathes

Introduction of Y-axis: Usually, traditional lathes only have X-axis and Z-axis movements, the X-axis is used to control the lateral movement of the tool, and the Z-axis controls the longitudinal movement of the tool. After the introduction of the Y-axis, the tool can move in a direction perpendicular to the X-axis and Z-axis, allowing more complex two-dimensional or three-dimensional processing. For example, lateral cutting, milling or other angle processing can be performed, so that the lathe can not only perform traditional turning processing, but also more types of precision processing.

The role of 4+4 power head: 4+4 power head usually refers to a combination of 4 tool positions and 4 drive axes, which allows the lathe to realize multiple processes simultaneously during the processing process, such as turning, milling, drilling and other operations at the same time, saving a lot of switching time.
