Working Principle
CNC system: Both CNC machine tools and CNC milling machines are controlled by CNC systems. The CNC system receives the processing program and converts it into the action instructions of the machine tool, thereby realizing automatic processing.
Processing program: Both CNC machine tools and CNC milling machines need to prepare processing programs in advance. These programs are usually written in G code or M code, describing the processing path of the workpiece, tool selection, cutting parameters and other information.
Servo motor: Both CNC machine tools and CNC milling machines are driven by servo motors. The servo motor accurately controls the movement of each axis of the machine tool according to the instructions of the CNC system to achieve high-precision processing.
