For the same batch of parts, since the same machine tool, tool and the same processing program are used, the tool movement trajectory is exactly the same, which is not affected by the complexity of the parts and human errors, thereby improving the consistency of part size.
3. High efficiency
The spindle speed and feed range of CNC machining centers are larger than those of ordinary machine tools. After the workpiece is clamped once, the CNC device can control the machine tool to move and replace the tool, and continuously perform multiple processes such as milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping on the workpiece. Generally speaking, the productivity of CNC is three times that of ordinary machine tools, or even higher, and the time utilization rate of CNC machine tools can reach more than twice that of ordinary machine tools.
4. High precision
CNC has a high processing accuracy, between 0.005 and 0.01 mm. The processing accuracy is not affected by the shape of the parts complexity. At the same time, the machine tool also uses a position detection device to ensure processing accuracy and quality.
