1. Material unit capacity

If the handling task is for each individual station, only one bin is required per station at a time. If the station needs a whole pallet of materials, only a few material boxes are given each time, although the system will be more flexible, but it will bring greater pressure to the automatic handling equipment. For example, a tray can hold 10 boxes of books. If 20 boxes of books need to be processed at the station every hour, then if palletized, only two trips per hour are required. 2. Reasonably plan the transportation distance
