Welding robots can do this. It can adjust the welding speed according to the current and voltage of welding workpieces of different materials and thicknesses, and find a suitable welding parameter, thereby reducing the probability of welding defects.
In addition to replacing the equipment with a welding robot, the preparatory work before the nut welding is also very important. Because the welded parts are aluminum, the surface of the aluminum has an oxide film, so the oxide film on the weld must be cleaned before welding, with a wire brush Clean up or pickling.
Then use a welding robot to weld the oxide film within three hours after the oxide film is cleaned. Otherwise, a new oxide film will be generated due to oxidation with air, which will affect the actual welding quality.
