1. The maintenance work of the welding robot is the responsibility of the operator, and the personnel allocation is as follows:
Maintenance records must be added for each maintenance. If the equipment fails, it should be reported to the maintenance in time, and the condition of the equipment and the operation performed before the failure occurred in detail, and actively cooperate with the maintenance personnel to repair, so as to resume production smoothly! The company will conduct random spot checks on equipment maintenance. It is recommended that the operator carefully check the condition of the equipment when each shift is handed over, and record the operation of the equipment in each shift.
2. Daily inspection and maintenance
(1) Wire feeding mechanism. Including whether the wire feeding torque is normal, whether the wire feeding catheter is damaged, and whether there is an abnormal alarm. (2) Whether the gas flow is normal. (3) Whether the welding torch safety protection system is normal. (It is forbidden to turn off the safety protection work of the welding torch) (4) Whether the water circulation system is working normally. (5) Test TCP (it is recommended to compile a test program and run it after each shift)
3. Weekly inspection and maintenance
Scrub the axes of the robot. 2. Check the precision of TCP. 3. Check the residual oil level. 4. Check whether the zero position of each axis of the robot is accurate. 5. Clean the filter behind the welder water tank. 6. Clean the filter at the compressed air inlet. 7. Clean up the impurities at the nozzle of the welding torch to avoid blocking the water circulation. 8. Clean the wire feeding mechanism, including wire feeding wheel, pressing wheel and wire guide tube. 9. Check whether the hose bundle and guide wire hose are damaged or broken. (It is recommended to remove the entire hose bundle and clean it with compressed air) 10. Check whether the safety protection system of the welding torch is normal, and whether the external emergency stop button is normal.
4. Monthly inspection and maintenance
Lubricate the axes of the robot. Among them, add white lubricating oil to the 1-6 axis. Oil No. 86E006. 2. Add butter to the red oil nipple on the RP positioner and RTS track. Oil number: 86K0073. The blue oil nozzle on the RP positioner is filled with gray conductive grease. Oil number: 86K0044. Lubricating oil is added to the needle roller bearing of the wire feed wheel. (A small amount of butter is enough) 5. Clean the gun cleaning device and fill the air motor with lubricating oil. (Ordinary engine oil is enough) 6. Use compressed air to clean the control cabinet and welding machine. 7. Check the cooling water level of the welding machine water tank, and replenish the cooling liquid in time (pure water plus a little industrial alcohol is enough). 8. In addition to completing the work of items 1-8, perform all items of weekly inspection.
