SZGH-1090 Gantry Machining Center | 900×1,000 mm Table | BT40 / 24,000 rpm Electric Spindle | 0.01 mm Repeatability

When your workpiece is too large for a standard VMC, the SZGH-1090 gantry machining center brings the spindle to the part — not the other way around. With a fixed 900×1,000 mm table carrying up to 800 kg, a choice of 8,000 rpm BT40 mechanical spindle or 24,000 rpm electric spindle, and a Taiwan precision ball-screw + guide-rail system, the SZGH-1090 delivers stable, high-efficiency cutting on large plates, mold bases, and structural components that would overwhelm a conventional vertical machining center.

The SZGH-6180 is SZGH's heaviest-capacity CNC lathe — Ø800 mm swing over bed, 130 mm spindle through-hole, 20-inch hydraulic chuck as standard, 2,850 mm between-centers distance, 11 kW main motor, and 6,200 kg cast base — designed for turning large-diameter flanges, heavy shafts, pressure vessel components, and industrial cylinder bodies that exceed every smaller lathe in the SZGH line.

CNC Lathes (36–TK50 Series)

SZGH CNC slant-bed lathes cover bar diameters from 35mm (SZGH-36 series) to 50mm (SZGH-TK50), with 8-station servo turrets, ±0.0075mm repeatability, and SZGH's own CNC1000T controller system. Suitable for precision shaft turning, automotive parts, hydraulic components, and general job shop production.

Vertical Machining Centers — VMC540 / VMC650 / VMC850

Table sizes from 500×400mm to 800×500mm, BT30 and BT40 spindle taper, and optional 4th-axis rotary table integration. Designed for mold machining, aluminum alloy parts, precision plates, and multi-face fixture production.

Turn-Mill Compound Machines (Y-Axis Series)

SZGH Y-axis turn-mill compounds combine CNC turning and live-tool milling in one clamping — eliminating secondary operations. The 36Y and 46Y models support end-face and side-face milling, rigid tapping, and C-axis positioning for complex rotational parts.

Drilling & Tapping Center — SZGH-T6

The SZGH-T6 delivers 20,000 RPM BT30 spindle speed for high-speed aluminum and light alloy drilling, tapping, and milling. Designed for electronics enclosures, precision fixtures, and small-batch high-mix production.
