A Letter from Our CEO

In 2013, we started in Shenzhen making CNC controllers — then motion control systems, then machine tools. The pivot to robotics wasn't a strategic plan. It was a factory manager asking, "Can you do machine tending?" We said yes, figured it out, and never looked back. That evolution wasn't strategy. It was listening. Thirteen years later, SZGH products are running in factories across 126+ countries — not because of marketing, but because we showed up, solved real problems, and earned the next referral one plant at a time.

Quality is not about specifications on a datasheet. It is about what a customer can actually accomplish with the machine in front of them. When we designed our collaborative robots around a half-day deployment and a 6-to-12-month payback window, that wasn't a sales pitch — it was the design brief. Every engineering decision ran through that filter. A robot that sits idle because it was too complex to integrate is not a good robot, no matter what the spec sheet claims. We hold ourselves to what works on the floor, not what looks impressive in a brochure.

Mr. Zhang — Technical Manager

Mr. Zhang graduated from Guangzhou University and currently serves as the Technical Manager at SZGH. With more than a decade of management experience, he specializes in technical team leadership, project coordination, and process optimization.

He plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between R&D, production, and after-sales teams, guaranteeing that every project is delivered efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.
