Vietnamese Customer Completes 3-Day Robot Training at SZGH — and Moves Toward Becoming Our Vietnam Distributor

From July 28 to 31, a returning customer from Vietnam spent three days at the SZGH factory. The delegation — the company owner, his business manager, and two technicians — came for a full course in robot operation and programming, and left with SZGH training certificates, a new purchase, and a preliminary agreement to represent SZGH in the Vietnamese market.

A Customer Who Knows Our Robots Well

This was not a first encounter. The customer had previously purchased six sets of SZGH general-purpose collaborative robots, and this visit came with new requirements in hand: machine tending with milling machines and robots, and additional general-purpose robot applications.

Over three days, the delegation went through a systematic training program covering robot operation and programming — from fundamentals to practical, hands-on work with the equipment. All participants completed the course and received SZGH training certificates.

New Order: 2 Cobot Machine-Tending Systems

During the visit, the customer also placed a new order: two sets of collaborative robot loading and unloading systems — the machine-tending configuration that pairs our cobots with CNC equipment for automated part handling.

From Customer to Partner: Vietnam Distributor Intent

Perhaps the most significant outcome of the three days came from the customer's full review of our company — our factory, our product range across robots and CNC machines, and our engineering capability. Based on that understanding, the customer now plans to promote SZGH robots and CNC machines in Vietnam, and both parties have reached a preliminary intent for the customer to become our distributor in the Vietnamese market.
