Canadian Automotive Exhaust Manufacturer Visits SZGH for Robot Acceptance and Operator Training

On July 16, an automotive exhaust pipe manufacturer from Canada visited the SZGH factory in Shenzhen to complete acceptance inspection and hands-on operator training for two sets of welding robot equipment purchased earlier — and left satisfied with both the machines and the support.

A Return Visit from Canada

On July 16, we welcomed a customer from Canada to the SZGH factory in Shenzhen. The customer is an automotive exhaust pipe manufacturer — and this was not their first visit. They had previously purchased two sets of welding robot equipment from SZGH, and came back this time to learn the systems in depth and complete the acceptance process.

Acceptance Inspection and Hands-On Training

During the visit, our engineering team walked the customer through the two welding robot systems:

• Acceptance inspection — verifying the equipment meets the agreed specifications and performance before final sign-off

• Operator training — hands-on sessions covering robot operation, program teaching, and daily maintenance, so the customer's own team can run the equipment independently back in Canada

After the training and inspection, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with SZGH — both with the robot equipment itself and with the support they received throughout the process.
