Mold Manufacturer from Kazakhstan Visits SZGH Factory, Orders SZGH-850 CNC Milling Machine

On July 6, a mold manufacturer from Kazakhstan visited the SZGH factory in Shenzhen for an on-site inspection, and after reviewing our machining centers in production, placed an order for one SZGH-850 CNC milling machine — with an SZGH-T6 drilling and tapping center under consideration as a follow-up purchase.

A Visit from Kazakhstan

On July 6, we welcomed a customer from Kazakhstan to the SZGH factory in Shenzhen. The customer runs a mold manufacturing business and came to see our production facility in person before making a purchase decision.

During the visit, the customer toured our machining center production and assembly lines, watched machines under test, and discussed technical details directly with our engineering team.

From Factory Tour to Order

After the inspection, the customer confirmed the order for one SZGH-850 CNC milling machine — our 800×500 mm table machining center with a 7.5 kW BT40 spindle, 3,500 kg anti-deformation base, and optional 4th-axis rotary table, well suited for mold bases, slides, and lifters.

The customer is also considering adding an SZGH-T6 high-speed drilling and tapping center as a next step — a 20,000 RPM machine with ±0.003 mm repeatability, designed for accurate hole patterns and tapping work in mold plates and precision parts.
