Russian Customer Visit To SZGH for Robot Factory Acceptance

Factory visits remain an important part of many automation projects. On September 23, 2026, our Russian customer visited SZGH for on-site robot factory acceptance and project confirmation before shipment.

On September 23, 2026, we were pleased to welcome our customer from Russia to SZGH for the on-site factory acceptance of their robot project.

For this project, the visit was an important step before delivery. Although drawings, videos, and online communication help move a project forward, final acceptance is always more convincing when the customer can stand in front of the equipment, check the details in person, and speak directly with the engineering team.

During the visit, our team accompanied the customer through the acceptance process and reviewed the machine together on site. The discussion focused on the practical side of the project: overall machine condition, operating status, key technical points, and whether the delivered solution matched the original application requirements.

For equipment like industrial robots, face-to-face acceptance still matters. A customer may already understand the project from quotations, drawings, and test videos, but seeing the machine in person gives a different level of confidence. Small questions can be answered immediately. Operating details are easier to explain. Both sides can confirm the same points clearly, without relying only on remote communication.

This visit was also a good opportunity for further technical exchange. In addition to the machine inspection itself, both sides discussed project details related to use, operation, and the next steps after delivery. That kind of direct communication is valuable because it helps reduce misunderstandings and makes later installation and support smoother.

At SZGH, we see factory acceptance as more than a routine checkpoint. It is the final stage where the customer confirms that the machine is ready, the project is aligned with expectations, and the cooperation can move to the next step with confidence.
